Orlando Balloon Rides & Vegas Balloon Rides Acquired.

ORLANDO, FL – 14 Jul, 2017 – Balloons Over The Rainbow, Inc, a St. Louis based hot air balloon services company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Vegas Balloon Rides and Orlando Balloon Rides.  In addition to its new locations in Orlando Florida and Las Vegas Nevada, Balloons Over The Rainbow also has its home operation in St. Louis Missouri and owns and operations World Balloon in Albuquerque New Mexico, Pueblo Balloon in Taos New Mexico, and Verde Valley Balloons in Cottonwood Arizona.

“The combined operation provides tremendous economy of scale for our companies and will offer significantly streamlined booking and flight services to our guests” reports Keith Fear, the owner of Balloons Over The Rainbow.  “We believe that with the addition of Vegas Balloon Rides and Orlando Balloon Rides, that we are the largest Hot Air Balloon company in the US.  Having operations in two of the largest tourist destinations in the world, further solidifies Balloons Over the Rainbow, Inc’s place as the leading balloon operator in the United States”.

No significant changes to the day to day operation for any of the Balloon Over The Rainbow companies are expected during the transition.
