Groundbreaking Docuseries From Ground Zero to Career Superhero. The Cast of 5 Share Highs & Lows of Remote Landing Job During Covid19 - Premieres April 23rd
Super Purposes™ debuts 12 weekly episodes following five unemployed individuals seeking careers – airs on YouTube.

Seattle, Washington – Super Purposes™ premieres the first episode of modern show From Ground Zero to Career Superhero!, exclusively on YouTube – April 23rd. While unemployment rates rose dramatically in 2020, a savvy career company created the innovative program COVID-19 Crisis: How to Get A Remote Job in 12 Weeks that helps people win the career and salary they deserve. Taking a never-been-done-before approach, Super Purposes™ partnered with a creative cast and crew all across North America to document the process of securing a job in real-time progress.

Meet The Cast:

The five jobless people were selected after extensive casting to filming their experiences using the intricate steps to build their professional network and go after promising job opportunities.

Jeremy (42, he/him/his) from Boise, ID, struggles to start his career after becoming disabled while fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq; he has a doctorate in Homeland Security Management. Zack (33, he/him/his), a Chicago native with a background in music production and hospitality, navigates the job search after being in confinement/with a record. Taylore (24, she/her/hers) graduated from the University of South Carolina and has Medicare certifications in four states; she hopes to find a new insurance position while growing her fashion career. Ryan (38, he/him/his) resides in Northern California, an aspiring filmmaker looking for work in the entertainment industry, and is proudly two years sober. Marlie (34, she/her/hers) Seattle, WA, would like to secure a job that will bring a steady paycheck after coaching people of color on traveling safely and having the travel business go into a screeching halt due to Covid-19.

“We worked hard to make sure we had the best subjects possible for the project! They all come from such different backgrounds, so I’m excited to see how their storylines will intertwine. What excites me most is I think a lot of people will be able to learn from this series.” – Keith Bohrer – Producer.

Each episode reinvents a reality series’s production by compiling personal video diaries and one-on-one coaching appointments showing countless obstacles faced throughout the daunting task of applying to jobs online.

“The premiere is something we’re all eagerly awaiting!” says Sophia Vanderheym – producer. “The teammates of Super Purposes™ have worked incredibly hard to showcase a unique series that will become an invaluable resource for anyone seeking to materialize their dream job! We can’t wait to share this experience with you!”
